Seit 2002 setzt die Familie auf biologische Bewirtschaftung ihrer Weingärten, somit war das Château eines der ersten Bio-Weingüter in der Region Bordeaux. 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Franc und 10% Cabernet Sauvignon vereinen sich zu diesen Cuvée, die zur Hälfte in neuen Fässern und zur anderen Hälfte in gebrauchten Fässern aus französischer Eiche für 12 Monate ausgebaut wird.
