Die Trauben der Sorte Loureiro stammen aus zwei Weingärten im Lima Tal nur fünf Kilometer entfernt vom Atlantik. Ihre verschiedenen Böden (sandig, steinig und Schiefer mit Tonanteil) verleihen dem Wein eine Extrem feine Mineralität. Die animierende Säure wird durch einen hohen Extrakt genial gepuffert. Die glockenklare Aromatik erinnert an Sauvignon blanc, Riesling und Ribolla Gialla.
